The downsizing & moving plan offers a personalised, sensitive approach to managing every step of your transition. The price will vary depending upon which services are required, the size of the house and quantity of items.

The services offered can be tailored to your needs, including:

• 30 hours* of hands-on assistance and downsizing tips to help you sort and downsize your belongings (eg: kitchenware, clothes, books, linens etc).
• Decluttering & Organising: Selling, Donating, or Disposing of Items: Facilitate the sale, donation, or eco-friendly disposal of unwanted items.
• Paperwork Downsizing: Assist with organising and securely disposing of paperwork.
• Floor Planning: Deciding what furniture to take using agent floorplans or an in-person visit to your new home.
• Detailed Inventory Preparation: a comprehensive list of your belongings and their destination points.
• Engaging stylists &/or staging
• Co-ordination of Packers and Removalists as needed: Arranging quotes and oversee the move logistics 
  
• Liaison: Communicate with family, estate agents, solicitors, and removal companies as required.
• Admin associated with change of address: and set up new utilities, phone/TV and internet services.
• After your move, I will assist with unpacking and setting up efficient storage systems in your new home, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish.
